Min is passionate about Immigration & Refugee Law and working with marginalized communities. He graduated from the University of Saskatchewan College of Law with Distinction in 2017. Prior to joining the IRLC, Min worked at immigration law firms in Calgary and Vancouver. He also worked as a Legal Research Intern at a human rights NGO based in Washington DC. Min has appeared before the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, all divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board and the Federal Court of Canada.
