Molly’s practice of law is grounded in a commitment to fairness, dignity, and high-quality advocacy. She brings to her work a strong foundation in both legal practice and academic scholarship, with a focus on refugee protection and access to justice. Prior to joining the clinic, she completed a law degree from McGill University’s Faculty of Law and an LL.M. in refugee law from University of British Columbia. She also clerked at the Federal Court of Canada, where she gained valuable insight into administrative and immigration law decision-making. She went on to work with several respected boutique immigration and refugee law firms, representing clients across a range of matters and developing a nuanced understanding of the legal and systemic challenges facing newcomers. Molly is dedicated to providing thoughtful, compassionate support to all noncitizens as they navigate complex legal processes.
