Victoria is a legal assistant with several years of experience in immigration and refugee law in Vancouver. She began her career in this field in 2015 and has since supported clients and lawyers across a range of related matters. Prior to this, Victoria worked with international NGOs supporting minority and underrepresented communities, furthering her interest in advocacy and community support.

 

In 2021, Victoria completed the UBC Immigration: Laws, Policies, and Procedures certificate, further developing her knowledge of Canadian immigration law, policy, and practice. As an immigrant herself, she brings a personal understanding of the challenges of navigating the immigration system and is passionate about providing a compassionate and accessible support to clients.
Victoria is fluent in English, Armenian, Arabic and Turkish. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, discovering new hobbies, and exploring the mountains and outdoors around Vancouver.
