WeiChun is a migrant justice organizer and came to unceded Coast Salish lands as an uninvited guest in 2015. His lived experience as a second-generation stateless person and a former international student guides his work as a migrant justice organizer, advocating for the right and fairness or current and former international students. He was also involved in climate justice organizing during his time at Simon Fraser University with SFU350, and previously worked as a co-operative developer, supporting immigrants starting worker co-operatives. During his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, soccer, reading and trying new foods.
